My Journey from Nutiva to Coco Clean

You might wonder what inspired me to pivot from the successful Nutiva brand to laundry care startup.

The truth is, after years of advocating for clean eating and better outcomes, I realized our detergent deserves the same attention we give our bodies. Afterall clothes are our second skin. And don’t forget we SLEEP on sheets 6-8 hours a day !

My experience building Nutiva taught me that natural doesn't always mean compromising. We proved that with over 20 million jars of coconut oil sold. 100K coconut seedlings were given to thousands of Nutiva’s small farmers to boost their incomes. Today millions of coconuts in the Philippines are harvested each year from those tiny coconuts planted a decade ago.
